The world-famous developer Emaar Properties has struck yet again with a new project. This time it is waterfront, residential development called Surf. The development is located on Creek Beach, at the heart of Dubai Creek Harbour, and features a direct access to the beach, as well as its own transport infrastructure. Launched in June 2019, the development includes two separate buildings: Surf at Creek Beach Building 1 and Surf at Creek Beach Building 2 with 7 and 9 floors respectively. Most of the developments on Creek Beach are known for their traditional Arab architecture and Surf at Creek Beach is not an exception. managing to combine them successfully with the modern design.
